Positive: Beautifully decorated and designed and spotlessly clean with everything we needed and great attention to detail
Negative: Wifi code was hard to read on the information in the property. We write a note to suggest it was enlarged and a clearer font used. Parking an issue Hard to get a spot on the very busy high street and directions for parking on Bear Lane could be made clearer ie where to park exactly and how to find the lane that leads back to the property perhaps a map shared before arrival The key code shared with us by booking.com was incorrect. No signal on my phone outside the property made it difficult to search for emails/booking/ messages/ contact phone number to check with the owner about where to find the lock box in the first instance. Lock box very hard to find in the pouring rain when we arrived and even harder, I should imagine, if it was dark. Might help future guests to be specific on checking in info where exactly to find the lock box. The message about the correct code didn’t come through on my phone until later that afternoon after I had called the owner and received the correct code over the phone. The owner was always swift to pick up or reply to messages.
